Description
The latest, modified version of the versatile belay and rappel device. The grooved, asymmetrical V-shaped braking grooves allow for controlled lowering and rappelling. It is also suitable for simultaneously self-braking belaying of one or two second climbers, and offers a quick switch option to lead belaying when a second climber continues climbing. If the device is loaded during self-braking use, it can be easily unloaded by attaching a carabiner. The various possible usage modes are also illustrated with engraved diagrams on the side of the device. Can be used with a locking gate carabiner.
