Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150, regardless of destination country.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts have been applied and before taxes, where applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs from any refund issued.
