Description
Tropical-citrus flavored effervescent tablet. The GU Hydration Drink Tabs replenish electrolytes in water to improve performance and recovery.
Ingredients:
citric acid, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, natural flavor, sodium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, stevia leaf extract, safflower oil, beet root powder (with added coloring), cane sugar, riboflavin (as coloring).
The product packaging contains 12 servings. 4.5 g of product (1 tablet) equals one serving. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet. Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
Instructions for use: dissolve one tablet in 475 ml, and drink 475 ml to 900 ml per hour during exercise or competition.
